Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any orders once they have been placed.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at adsupport@ad2457.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement or a store credit. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
