Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at ADsupport@ad2457.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, AD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
